This year has been quite the rollercoaster ride. But I’m grateful to God for His un-forsaking presence. Beginning in March, we had to take a step “back”, as it may seem, to having online only services. It has been quite a journey getting online services prepared, recorded, and posted. But God has guided and helped every step of the way. What seemed like would be a very expensive and laborious process to get started and to maintain, God has helped us to be able to produce “pre-recorded” or “simulated” live services. Although I would love to do a true live stream, pre-recording has tremendously helped me with the work involved, minimizing problems that could arise while live streaming, and minimizing costs. With that being said, I am researching possibilities for live streaming in-person services. But, that may come more down the road. Through it all, I have been encouraged by all of God’s faithfulness.

I have also been very encouraged by your faithfulness. Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and faithfulness as we have navigated this year. I’m thankful to be able to go through this together, helping and encouraging each other along the way. Your faithfulness has made a difference!

Another blessing through this time was the ability and time to be able to get much accomplished around the building and property I had been wanting to do. The biggest projected was the repairs to the exterior of the church building. It had many cracks around each side from water erosion. After replacing the roof and installing a gutter system, the water has been stopped from streaming down the building causing the erosion. All cracks were filled and the building was covered with a weatherproof wrap, or waterproof paint. This has sealed it up nice and tightly, and we have had no leaking inside since! Praise God!

I was also able to spend some time cleaning up areas outside, inside, planting new plants, and do some painting.

It was such a blessing to be able to begin regathering in-person services on Sunday mornings in June. It was so wonderful seeing everyone again after 2 1/2 months of “isolation”. The spirit has been unified and very encouraging.

As summer comes to a close, I am looking forward to the fall and holiday seasons coming up. I am excited to begin our Starting Point class on September 20, and also to Missions Month in October!

One thing is for sure, and that is that God is faithful and true! God has shown Himself strong and I am so grateful that He has been there with us through it all!  Let’s keep following and trusting Him!
